At the Official Bethesda Gear Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your loot; if your apparel or gear doesn't fit your quest, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
